Joining a server with a Video Advertisement in the MOTD makes it impossible to use ALT TAB or the Windows Key to minimize the CSGO client without CRASHING/FREEZING on a black screen. CTRL ALT DEL and Switch Task to csgo.exe does not resolve the freeze and open the game, it remains at black screen.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem:
1. Play CS:GO on a Server with a Video Advertisement in the MOTD
2. Press ALT+TAB or Windows Key to go to the Desktop in Windows
3. Try to return to the game by either:
a. clicking on CSGO in the Taskbar
b. using ALT+TAB
4. Enjoy a black frozen screen.Notes: Leaving the server and joining a different server which doesn’t have a Video Ad in its MOTD does not save you. Once you’re “tainted” from a Video Ad, your game client becomes unstable when cycling between other Windows applications / the Desktop and the game.
Expected or Desired Behavior:
ALT+TAB and Windows Key Minimize and returning to the game using Step 3 above reportedly work fine when playing on servers which do not have Video Ads in their MOTD.Using this functionality should not result in a complete game client crash after encountering a Video Ad in a MOTD.
