Currently the CSGO Community Quickplay feature requires no server registration, there is no perceived internal ranking method to give a server a good or bad score. For communities putting in hardwork to popularize their server it could be all for nothing because there is no way for the quickplay feature to distinguish a good server from a bad server. No way to blacklist or downrate poor servers. I think this is an important feature for CSGO to have as it has worked in TF2 quite well since being put into place.
